About leadership

“Leaders must be close enough to relate to others, but far enough ahead to motivate them” said John Maxwell. And I can’t agree more with him on this one. A true leader suppose to motivate and set an example, encouraging others to follow him/her. To prove it we found an excellent visual example of it and decided to put it here, in the “Project 13″.
